TP Fun

So what does a two year old do with a little unsupervised time? Well, why not put the entire roll of toilet paper in the toilet?! Then flush two or three times. Viola, instant fun. That's why we clean the toilet.

Why is Alden fascinated with toilet paper in the toilet? We've started potty training. Every now and then he'll decide he wants to take a poop on the toilet, and so we let him. He's gone twice already, wiped, flushed and washed. So putting toilet paper (small pieces) in the toilet and flushing is sort of a new game for him. Once, he took an attached end of TP and put it in the toilet. When he flushed, the TP proceeded to run off the roll like fishing wire hooked on a sailfish. Wheeee!! We caught it on the first flush.

We went to see the lights at the zoo last night. Reminded me of going to see Peacock Lane in Portland when I was a kid. Does Peacock Lane (near Laurelhurst) still do a light show during the holidays? Great fun, everyone should go out and see lights with their kids.
